KDP Infra to launches affordable Housing project in Ghaziabad


Real estate firm KDP Infrastructure is set to launch its affordable housing project in Ghaziabad. Spread over 2.5 acre of prime land, the project will be a part of 4,500-acre mega township ‘Wave City’ – being constructed as smart city on NH-24 in Ghaziabad.
According to a release, the project will have 600 units of two, three and four BHK homes priced approximately between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 45 lakh.
Being a part of a mega-township to be built on smart city concept, the project will have access to all the features of smart city like hi-tech security, healthcare provisions including hospitals, medical university, educational institutions, local shopping centres and malls.
Anuj Goel, Executive Director of KDP Infrastructure, said, “With this project, we are foraying into development of smart residential spaces settled amidst fiber optic connectivity with advance features of a pampered, secure and luxurious lifestyle, but in affordable price range.”
