KJS launches MetroPark at HUDA City Centre, Gurgaon

KJS Group, a well-known name in in steel, real estate, cement and mining, launched MetroPark at HUDA City Centre in Gurgaon on the Christmas Day. Sprawled over approximately 500,000 square feet, MetroPark will touch the lives of hundreds of thousands of daily Metro travellers who use the HUDA City Centre as the transit point.

MetroPark has a fully operational food court that dishes out a variety of foods and beverages. It provides a balanced mix of home-grown and multinational brands like Starbucks, Dominos, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Southy, Tikka Town and
many more.

According to a press release, MetroPark also makes business sense for investors looking at investing in retail or office space as it boasts of retail space of over 100,000 square feet. The project also has 24-hour priority power and working permissions and sizes varying from 2,000 sq ft to 50,000 sq feet.
