KPDK launches its project Newtown Square in Gurgaon

NEW DELHI: KPDK Buildtech, a venture of the MKG Group, on Wednesday launched its maiden commercial project ‘Newtown Square’, at Sector 95 A in Gurgaon.

The project is strategically located and shares neighbourhood with three major roadways, Dwarka expressway and the proposed Metro station. Newtown Square is one of the first commercial projects on main Pataudi Road, launched in the New Gurgaon region. It will be surrounded by high-end residential units totalling more than 3,000 acre with a captive catchment of over one million people.

According to a press release, the project is a unique symbiosis of premium areas for social, entertainment, corporate and residential usage, spread across 3.1 acre. The project boasts of state-of-the-art design and international standard amenities through meticulous planning. The medley of facilities include shopping, retail, cinema, food court, hyper-market, banquet and serviced suites with club, spa and pool facilities.

According to the company, the required approvals and clearances for the project have been obtained and the construction is scheduled to begin this month itself. The company has promised to deliver the project in the next 36 – 42 months. MK Gupta, Chairman, KPDK Buildtech said, “After meticulous planning since the last one year, and after completing all the required formalities, we are now launching our first project to the public. By offering almost every possible facility under one roof, our prime focus for this project is to make it a landmark in the region.”
