Lemon Tree opens its first resort hotel in Manesar

Lemon Tree Hotels on Thursday inaugurated its first resort hotel in Delhi-NCR at Tarudhan Valley, Manesar.

According to a press release, Carnation Hotels, the hotel management joint venture partner of Lemon Tree Hotels, has taken over the management of the resort, developed and owned by the Group Silverglades. The management agreement was signed by Rattan Keswani, Deputy MD, Lemon Tree Hotel Company & Chairman of Carnation Hotels, and Anubhav Jain, Director, Silverglades.

Branded as Lemon Tree Hotel, Tarudhan Valley, the property is nestled in the Aravalis, encompassing greens and water bodies. A 25-minute drive from Iffco Chowk, the retreat is spread around 72 acres and envelopes a nine-hole golf course designed by Graham Cooke, one of the most respected golf course architects in North America.

The resort hotel also has an exclusive banquets arena that comprises three large conference rooms and manicured gardens to host a variety of events, destination weddings and conferences.

Speaking on the occasion, Keswani said, “We are delighted to add one more resort property to the growing Lemon Tree Hotels’ portfolio. This resort gives us a ready foothold in the lucrative resort and spa market, thereby enriching our existing portfolio.”

Silveglades Director Jain said, “Tarudhan Valley is our flagship project in Delhi-NCR and this strategic tie up with Lemon Tree Hotels to manage the resort and spa would ensure that our residents and hotel guests experience the best hospitality and F&B that Tarudhan has to offer.”
