Lohia Worldspace celebrates Intl Yoga Day with focus on employee health at workplace
New Delhi, June 21, 2024: Lohia Worldspace, the real estate arm of the Lohia Global, celebrated International Yoga Day at its workplace. The event, organized in support of this year’s theme, “Yoga for Self and Society,” was graced by Acharya Shri Vikas Bhai Guruji, Founder and Chairman of the Devtirth Foundation. Under his guidance, all company employees participated with great enthusiasm.
Acharya Shri Vikas Bhai Guruji urged all the people present here to include yoga in their daily lives. Along with this, Acharya ji explained the methods of doing Surya Namaskar, Vajrasana and other Pranayamas to increase concentration and stay healthy. Over 50 employees including all the officials of the company participated in this event organized at the company’s headquarters in Sultanpur, Delhi.

Pyush Lohia, Director of Lohia Worldspace, emphasized the importance of incorporating wellness programs like yoga into corporate culture. “Yoga changes our physical performance but it can spark in us different mental and intellectual performance. I have been an admirer of Yoga. Our world needs balance and self-control. Yoga is one of the means of achieving this. Our initiative to celebrate International Yoga Day is a step towards creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters productivity and success. Yoga helps individuals think clearly, sharpens intelligence, improves learning ability, helps cope with problems, and produces better job performance,” stated Lohia.
