Madhusudan Kela’s Family Fund, CaratLane Founders Invest in Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd 

Bengaluru, November 29, 2024: Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited, announced a strategic investment of Rs 109 Crore through preferential equity allotment. The investment has been secured from marquee investment funds – the Lotus Family Trust managed by Madhusudan Kela, along with CaratLane founders Mithun and Siddhartha Sacheti. 

The funds would be utilised by Arihant foundations to expand its presence and increase its foot hold across south India by developing projects spread across residential, commercial and senior housing, informs a press release issued by the company.
