Mahagun gives first-phase of possession at Mahagun Moderne housing complex

NEW DELHI/NOIDA: Mahagun Group gave possession of houses at the first phase of Mahagun Moderne, Sector 78, Noida this weekend. The-two day ‘Griha Pravesh’ ceremony included power-packed entertainment performances.

Spread across 25 acres of land, Mahagun Moderne is a residential complex with a mix of high and low-rise apartments. It offers 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK houses at a prime location. There are also independent floors and duplexes for 4BHK and 5BHK in low-rise apartments.

The evening started with Amit Jain and Dhiraj Jain, Directors of Mahagun Group, lighting the diya, followed by ‘Ganesh Vandana’ and performance by Rhythm Dance Troupe. This was followed by spellbinding performance by the world’s only blind folded sand artist Ronnie Chhibber who took the audience to all four corners of the country through his sand illustrations. Next in line was a dance performance by Sonia and Divakar and later by Prince Dance group. The audience was awestruck when Abhijeet Bhattacharya stepped on the stage and captivated the audience with his melodious voice.

Amit Jain said on the occasion, “I am delighted to announce the ‘Griha Pravesh’ that will see the possession of the first phase of Mahagun Moderne. The project is an example of exquisite taste and precise planning for people who appreciate finer things in life. We are proud of the project as it combines tradition and innovation.”
