Mahindra Lifespaces opens office in Dubai


Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the $16.5 billion Mahindra Group, announced the opening of its first international office in Dubai, UAE, on Tuesday.
According to a press release, this representative office is located in Sultan Business Centre, an easily accessible and central location in Dubai.
Speaking at the launch, Anita Arjundas, Managing Director & CEO, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., said, “The GCC region is a key market for Mahindra Lifespaces with more than 50 per cent of our international sales coming from this region. One out of every three international customers investing in Indian real estate, resides in this region, and with our pan India residential presence, the Dubai representative office will allow us to directly engage with and address the needs of the Indian diaspora who want to stay connected to their roots.”
