Making Ghaziabad Great: CREDAI Conclave Shines Light on Brighter, Bigger Future


Ghaziabad, April 23, 2025: “Ghaziabad is one of the finest cities in the state along with Noida and Lucknow. What’s needed are initiatives that can transform it into the best city in the country. The CREDAI conclave is a significant step toward improving coordination between the government and developers.” These remarks were made by Ghaziabad Minister-in-Charge Asim Arun during the CREDAI Conclave 2025 titled ‘Ghaziabad @2035 – Vision, Challenges, and Aspirations’. The conclave focused on topics like ease of doing business, Ghaziabad’s development, employment generation, CREDAI’s role in providing housing, and the future of Ghaziabad by 2035.
The event was attended by State Minister Narendra Kashyap, Meerut Divisional Commissioner Dr. Rishikesh Bhaskar, Ghaziabad DM Deepak Meena, GDA VC Atul Vats, DCP Nimish Patil, Municipal Corporation Chief Engineer N.K. Chaudhary, DLC Ghaziabad Anurag Mishra, among others.
The conclave was organized by CREDAI Ghaziabad at Hotel Radisson in Kaushambi. During the event, Asim Arun mentioned redevelopment examples like Sarojini Nagar in Delhi and Bhiwandi Market in Mumbai, where old areas are being transformed into modern colonies. He expressed his intention to implement similar plans in Ghaziabad to replace unauthorized colonies with well-planned neighbu MP Atul Garg emphasized the need for laws and regulations that can reduce slums and build better cities. For that, ease of doing business in real estate is crucial.
Other attendees included GDA Secretary R.K. Singh, CREDAI National Chairman Manoj Gaur, Gaurav Gupta, Pankaj Kumar Jain, Rakesh Aggarwal, P.C. Gupta, Raghav Garg, Praveen Tyagi, and Gitambar Anandorhoods.
CREDAI Ghaziabad President Vipul Giri said this conclave has built a bridge between the government and the real estate sector. The sole aim of the conclave is the planned development of Ghaziabad, and with the assurances given by the ministers today, a better Ghaziabad seems achievable soon.
State Minister Narendra Kashyap stated that infrastructure like elevated roads, rapid rail, and metro have already made Ghaziabad one of the best cities in the country, and today’s conclave will pave the way for a new path of development.
MP Atul Garg emphasized the need for laws and regulations that can reduce slums and build better cities. For that, ease of doing business in real estate is crucial.
