Manoj Gaur is Credai Vice-President, North


The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (Credai) has announced Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group, as Credai National’s Vice-President, North India, for the term of 2021-23.
Gaur has previously held various positions with Credai and has been one of the most prolific and active members of the body. Being a stalwart in realty sector, he has been a pioneer in setting up waste treatment plants and has developed and delivered more than 65,000 property units, said a press release.
Gaur said, “The entire team would be driving efforts to revive the realty sector and create a better business environment. Our main focus areas would be skill development, green buildings and labour welfare.”
