Microtek Infra enters real estate sector, launches its maiden project


Realty firm Microtek Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, the real estate arm of the once popular India conglomerate Action Group and Okaya Group, has announced its entry into the real estate sector by launching its maiden project ‘Microtek Greenburg’ – a fully licensed and approved ultra-luxury residential project located in Sector 86, New Gurgaon, in close proximity to Dwarka Expressway
Spread across an area of approximately 15 acres, the project is being constructed by trusted brand Larsen & Toubro – known for world-class technology and timely construction. The sample flat has already on the show and the customer can check in the same and will get all the papers ready.

Starting a new era in the history of Indian real estate sector, the company will give guaranteed possession in 39 months and the project is expected to be completed by December 2016.
