Mufin Green Infra Limited Inks EV Charging Deal with Exicom
New Delhi, January 9, 2025: Mufin Green Infra Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Exicom, one of India’s largest EV charger manufacturers. The MoU will ensure the creation of end-to-end EV charging solutions including the installation of EV chargers & setting up of EV charging infrastructure, and the development of EV bus depots.
The collaboration ensures a robust supply chain, smarter infrastructure, and seamless support for evolving customer needs by target customers like Charge Point Operators, bus operators, state utilities, cab aggregators and other end-users to accelerate EV adoption with state-of-the-art charging solutions.
Mufin Green Infra Limited plays a crucial role in the MoU with Exicom by focusing on the installation of EV charging stations and Buses/Fleet charging hubs based on customer needs. The company will onboard new B2B customers and develop EV charging infrastructure while ensuring compliance with environmental, electrical, and safety regulations. Mufin Green Infra’s expertise in delivering turnkey solutions aligns with Exicom’s provision of hardware and software.
Under the MoU, Exicom will manufacture and supply EV charging hardware in compliance with industry standards and future-ready specifications to support the EV ecosystem. The hardware will be equipped with Exicom’s proprietary software, designed with an emphasis on efficiency and convenience. Exicom will provide technical support, maintenance service, warranty coverage as well as provide digital solutions.
