NAREDCO’s upcoming National Convention gets Overseas Boost
The 2 day convention ‘India is future ready: Housing and Infrastructure- Key Catalyst’
to draw blue print for active cross-border exchange of knowledge and resources
New Delhi, The 13th National Convention and Exhibition being organized by National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) is getting an overwhelming response from real estate players in international reality market as well. The flagship event for the Real estate and Infrastructure sector has confirmed participation from China, Denmark and Finland. The international business delegation comprises of commercial and infrastructure players who are joining the 2-day convention to share their expertise and express their thoughts. The event is being held at Hotel Taj Palace on 19th and 20th August 2016 in New Delhi.
Real Estate sector is the second largest contributor to the GDP of the country and one of the largest employment provider. Keeping in mind the provision in the last budget by our Government towards infrastructure and emphasis on Housing For All has made India a rapidly emerging economy and a hot spot for global reality and infrastructure giants. The international association will surely have a positive impact on the domestic real estate sector and help in boosting potential foreign investments.
KMPG will be presenting a Special Knowledge Report on Real Estate Industry. It will reveal important statistics and finding on the current state of the real estate sector, the report will highlight key reforms undertaken by the government to augment the sector and explain its impact. They shall also represent the much anticipated investment schemes employed by the investor community in the current market and across the globe.
Commenting on international partnership and the KPMG special knowledge report, Mr. Parveen Jain, President, NAREDCO, said, “The real estate sector is witnessing a slowdown which has impacted the confidence level of the stake holders especially developers and investors. The 2016 convention with participation of the representatives from China, Denmark and Finland as select partners and KPMG as a knowledge partner will accelerate the pace of real estate growth in the country. This international partnership is a positive and a meaningful association and will help resolving the concerns faced by the global investor fraternity for investments in the Indian real estate sector. While KPMG as a knowledge partner, in its report has evaluated the reforms, already initiated by the Government and assessed the need for further reforms to increase the attractiveness of the sector for the investors.”
NAREDCO’s 13th National Convention and Exhibition promises participation of eminent personalities from the diverse real estate fields such as Politicians, Bureaucrats, Developers, Contractors, Banking Institutions, Private Equity players and Material Suppliers etc.
