NAREDCO to Host 2nd Management Development Program – “RERA & REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS”

New Delhi, May 8, 2024: The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), announced its second Management Development Program, “RERA & REAL ESTATE ESSENTIALS,” which will be hosted on 15th, 16th and 17th May 2024 at PHD House in Delhi, under the banner of the National Institute of Real Estate Development (NIRED). Through comprehensive training, workshops, and capacity building initiatives, the program aims to empower individuals within the real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

The program will feature sessions led by industry experts, experienced professionals, government officials covering crucial topics such as the overview of the Real Estate Sector and salient features of RERA, registration and responsibilities of Real Estate Agents, registration of projects in NCT of Delhi, responsibilities of promoters and allottees, and the complete application procedure including Allotment letter & Agreement For Sale. Additionally, participants can expect sessions on Green Building & Sustainability, Realtech, Proptech, new funding opportunities and RE Essentials, providing insights into the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory frameworks shaping the industry.

G Hari Babu, National President of NAREDCO, emphasized the program’s significance, stating, “This initiative emphasizes our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering excellence within the real estate sector. The program will be directed by CA. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate from NCT of Delhi RERA and NAREDCO, recognizing their commitment to professional excellence within the industry.
