The National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco) is set to commence its 37th certification course in Real Estate Management for real estate agents, sales persons and customers-cum-executives designed to develop functional skills in people trying to enter the real estate business or are associated with it.
According to a press release, the 40-hour course is aimed to enhance the functional, executional and communication skills of real estate agents, property dealers, sales persons, commercial and customer care executives and home loan agents working anywhere in India.
Naredco President Parveen Jain said, “This programme is structured as a professional interaction between the faculties and the participants in a problem-solving manner. The experience of participants, already in business, is perceived as an essential professional input into the programme”
The certificate course is a collaborative initiative of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Naredco and Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) of Housing and Urban Development Corporation (Hudco). The course is designed in a manner that participants have better understanding of the real estate sector and better equipped to advise clients to meet their expectations.
