NBCC’s Highest Sale Realization in Single E-Auction For Sale Of WTC Nauroji Nagar

New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd during 25th e-auction for WTC Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi has achieved highest sale realization till date with the sale of 4.8 lakh sq ft of commercial space for Rs. 1,905 Crore. Power Finance Corporation Limited, Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited and Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited are the major organizations who bought space during this e-auction. Out of the total area sold, around 4.38 lakh square feet having sale value of approximately Rs 1,740 Crore has been sold to PSU entities. The total numbers of successful bidders were five, out of which three were PSU bidders and two private entities. 

As on date, the company has sold a total commercial inventory of over 30 lakh sqft through 25 e-auctions having a sale value of over Rs 12,100 Crore, mentions a press release issued by the company. The project is rapidly progressing towards completion with more than 94% of physical progress achieved.

World Trade Centre is redeveloped as commercial centre having approximately 34 lakhs square feet of commercial built up area which is being constructed in place of 628 numbers of old/ dilapidated quarters. Situated in Nauroji Nagar, the WTC enjoys close proximity to major establishments, recreational areas, and transportation hubs like the Ring Road, metro stations, airports, and hospitals. This makes it an attractive location for businesses seeking excellent connectivity and accessibility. The project encompasses about 25 acres of land and features 12 towers, each with 10 floors, offering ample space for businesses to grow and expand. 

The WTC Nauroji Nagar have been designed to achieve 3 star GRIHA rating. The concept of efficient water management has been incorporated with focus on water recycle and reuse. The building is equipped with efficient insulation using double glazed façade system in every tower, energy efficient lighting system in lobbies to reduce energy consumption, heat insulated roofs. Rooftop solar panels are installed to minimize the energy consumption from conventional resources. Further adequate capacity STP has been planned along with the concept of Zero Waste Discharge.

With a workforce of around 3,000 engaged in the construction at this moment, NBCC has generated more than 2 million mandays while executing this project.
