NCR developers to promote Sohna as ‘South of Gurgaon’

NCR’s leading real estate developers came together on Monday to promote the southern end of Gurgoan i.e. Sohna as ‘South of Gurgaon’.

According to a press release, 11 developers of NCR, namely Supertech Limited, Ashiana Homes, Ashiana Housing, Central Park, Eldeco, ILD, CHD Developers, Silverglades, MKS Ventures, Gold Souk and Nimai Developers have put in a vision to together develop ‘South of Gurgaon’ as the hottest yet affordable real estate destination within the close proximity of Millennium City, Gurgaon.

The release said ‘South of Gurgaon’ boasts of natural beauty being amid the serene Aravali Hills with already developed basic infrastructure. The area has functional educational institutions luxury hotels, healthcare centres and retail outlets within short driveable distance.

The main advantage of ‘South of Gurgaon’ is its location as it is away from the hustle bustle of the main Gurgaon city while being just 20-minute drive from main commercial hubs like Cyber City and Golf Course Road and shopping malls of Gurgaon. ‘South of Gurgaon’ is also one of the economically sensible realty destinations of NCR as the property prices are as low as half of the prevailing prices in the Centre of Gurgaon. The region offers various affordable housing projects at a starting price of Rs. 4,500 per sq. ft.

The association of all these developers will also bring about a joint liaising with the Government and authorities to expedite the process of development of ‘South of Gurgaon’ in terms of infrastructure, connectivity and other necessities.
