Everest Smart Steel Buildings technology for roof top extensions


Building solutions company Everest Industries Ltd., on Friday introduced its new age fast construction solution for residential and commercial buildings – Everest Smart Steel Buildings, as alternative to conventional methods of construction of roof top extension in Delhi-NCR.
According to a press release Everest Smart Steel Buildings comes with the promise of providing earthquake resistant and three times faster turnkey construction solution to fulfil the growing demand of constructing rooftop extension in the Capital region. The globally-popular eco-friendly construction technology was introduced during an architect meet held in Delhi.
The press release said Smart Steel Buildings technology uses no brick no sand and minimal water while is three times faster in construction. Additionally, as this is a light weight construction technology, the challenge posed by limited load bearing capacity of some buildings can be overcome using Everest Smart Steel Buildings.
Speaking on the occasion, Subrata Dutta, Vice President, Everest Smart Steel Buildings, Everest Industries Ltd. said, “We see a tremendous opportunity in the rising roof top extensions market in space constrained cities like Delhi, wherein people can benefit immensely in terms of fast, strong and safe construction by using modern construction technology like Smart Steel Buildings.”
