Onward Workspaces Expands with Leasing 18,000 Sq. Ft. Premium Facility at Emaar Capital in Gurgaon

New Delhi / November 13, 2024: Onward Workspaces, a provider of managed and coworking office spaces, has leased approximately 18,000 square feet at Emaar Capital, M.G. Road, Gurgaon. This newly-leased space aligns with Onward Workspaces’ mission to deliver Grade A office solutions that cater to the evolving needs of modern enterprises, the company said in a statement. 

Designed to encourage innovation, boost productivity, and facilitate seamless collaboration, the facility has already attracted significant interest, with a UK-based MNC—one of the world’s largest shipping serving providers—pre-booking 45% of the available area, the statement added.

Recently, Onward Workspaces announced plans to add 150,000 square feet of workspace across Delhi NCR by the end of 2024, supported by a Rs 18-crore investment.
