Possession soon at Panipat’s first high-rise ‘La-Regencia ’

La Regencia, the first high-rise residential project at Panipat, announced the commencement of first phase of possession process. The project is being jointly developed by Astrum Value Homes and Stanza Developers & Infrastructure. A total of 144 flats will soon be handed over to the buyers in the first phase, for which possession formalities have started.

According to a press release, ‘La-Regencia’ is Panipat’s first high-rise project spread over 10 acres and located in the well-inhabited locality of Ansal Sushant City, Sector 19. The project, said the release, fulfills the desire of people seeking international living in Panipat. La-Regencia will house more than 500 families in homes ranging from 1294 sq.ft. to 4327 sq.ft., once complete.

La-Regencia features numerous facilities like shopping complex, social clubs with swimming pool, gymnasium, and sports facilities like badminton courts etc. Landscaped green will ensure a wonderful and healthy experience for the residents in time to come.

The construction in Phase II is also progressing at a fast pace, said the release.
