Prescon launches its residential project with digital experience

Prescon Group, a leading real estate developer of Mumbai, has launched a sea-facing residential tower in Mahim, with an experience powered by real estate digital twin platform, Openhaus.
According to a press release, it is considered to be the next generation interface for home-buying. This ‘decision making engine’ provides the best property assessment and complete product understanding with a unique opportunity to provide experiential and visual understanding of the property developer’s inventory, said the release.
Openhaus, said the release, offers an end-to-end solution, from understanding the location, building elevation, amenities, typical floor layouts, and each and every unit mapped, with its real views. It creates three-dimensional digital twins of the property under construction to enable a full-stack visual understanding of the development.
Vedanshu Kedia, Director, Prescon Group, said “By implementing the smart prop-tech solution we are positioning ourselves as the pioneers in technology adoption to provide our customers with best-in-class customer experience and engagement tools.”
