Prestige Group Forays Into NCR Residential Market, Launches The Prestige City—Indirapuram with ₹9,000 Crore GDV

New Delhi, May 6, 2025: Prestige Group has officially entered the National Capital Region (NCR) residential market with the launch of the first phase of The Prestige City—Indirapuram: Phases Oakwood and Mulberry.

Prestige Group has started marketing the first phase, Oakwood and Mulberry, which represent a gross development value (GDV) of over INR 9,000 crore, making it one of the most significant real estate debuts in NCR’s history.

When the second phase, Mayflower, is launched, it will take the total GDV of the entire residential development to INR 12,000 crore.
