RERA) on May 11, 2020. The Authority was represented by the UP RERA Chairman, Members and senior officers. For the Project related issues promoters across the state actively participated in the RERA Samvaad, seeking clarification for extension of registration for their projects, the relaxation in the statutory requirements of RERA due to COVID-19, the revised project timelines, stating their financial conditions and help from the Authority, etc. As many as 30 queries/complaints/grievances were raised by Homebuyers, Promoters, Chartered Accountants, Advocates and other professions during two hours-long public grievances session.
