Qubit Navigo hits 10 Crore Turnover in 9 months, Plans Global Expansion
Pune / September 13, 2021: Qubit, a Pune-based technology company specializing in visualization, has introduced Navigo, a 3D visualization tool that is making a significant impact on the real estate industry. Since its launch in October 2023, Navigo has generated a turnover of Rs 10 crores and facilitated real estate sales worth Rs 510 crores, the company said in a press statement.
Qubit has projected continued growth, with sales expected to exceed Rs 5,000 crores by next year. The company is currently dominant in the Pune market but is expanding its operations to both Pan-India and UAE markets in Phase I. Navigo’s ability to provide immersive, real-time 3D visualizations is anticipated to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in these new regions, the statement added.
Navigo offers state-of-the-art 3D visualizations and real-time analytics, leveraging over three decades of expertise in visualization. Unlike traditional static brochures, Navigo provides a dynamic and interactive experience. Users can explore properties through 360-degree views, customize perspectives, and utilize high-fidelity geospatial mapping to precisely locate properties and explore surrounding areas. Navigo also offers real-time updates on available, sold, and reserved units, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
Ajjay Parge, Founder Director of Qubit, stated, “The use of technology, visualization, and augmented reality has surpassed the traditional ‘touch and feel’ nature of the real estate industry, with Navigo pioneering this change with interactive presentations. In 9 months we have already sold 3.50 Lakh Sq.Ft using Navigo as the main sales tool, with an average engagement time of 30 minutes per family. Its success in Pune has been remarkable, transforming experiences for buyers and realtors alike. Given this momentum, we are projecting Rs 5000 crores in sales for 2024-2025.”
Highlighting Navigo’s unique offering Industry expert Shekar Ganti from GA Design Consultants LLP said, “I believe Navigo has been a standout tool for us and has garnered an extraordinary uptick in interest among customers and design consultants. One of Navigo’s standout features is its capability to transform real estate projects into immersive 3D models, providing a more comprehensive view that facilitates faster and more effective design decisions and customer alignment. The ability to customize projects for the customer and provide a variety of options in real-time has been a game changer for real estate and allied industries, especially in design and architecture.”
Navigo’s unique offering aligns perfectly with India’s booming real estate market, projected to reach US$ 1 trillion by 2030. With a turnover of 10 Crores, Qubit has also ventured into AR and VR domains.
