One Mahalaxmi to come up at elite location in Mumbai

One Mahalaxmi, a project by Radius and DB Realty, will soon be a part of Mumbai’s elite location, Jacob Circle, in Mahalaxmi.
The construction of Opus, one of the two towers planned at One Mahalaxmi, has been contracted to Capacite Infra projects and it is funded by DHFL in a combination of debt, internal accruals and sale realization. The tower will be up for possession by December 2022.
Being in the heart of South Bombay, the project is well-connected to prime locations like Malabar Hill, Marine Drive, Nariman Point, Breach Candy Club, Wellington Golf Course, Mahalaxmi Race Course and NSCI. It’s also in close proximity to the newest commercial business district of the City – BKC.
The currently launched towerOpus boasts of only four-bed residences. One of the most appealing factors of the project is the sizing of the residences, being one of the largest in South Mumbai.
One Mahalaxmi focuses on the concept ‘It’s worthy of you’ embodying every element that is worthy for the exclusive few, said a press release issued by the company. The concept reverberates in most of the offerings, be it in the common areas – over 4500 sq. of a double-height lobby, larger than life clubhouse and landscape spread over 1,00,000 sq. ft, best-in-class floor-to-ceiling height, one of the largest residential swimming pools and villa- reminiscent layouts, added the release.
Vivek Ram, Project Head at One Mahalaxmi, said, “It is a matter of pride to bring forth an abode offering richness and magnanimity, along with comfort and exclusivity. Offering only four beds, the residences overlook the Race Course, Golf Course and the Arabian Sea. Our partnership with AEDAS has ensured every residence is crafted for palatial living and unobstructed views. There are renowned educational institutions, hospitals and shopping complexes in the vicinity thus offering holistic convenience to homeowners.”
