Raheja Developers provides free ration to slum-dwellers


Raheja Developers is distributing ration and essential items like flour, rice, pulses, soap and toothpaste to the families living in its transit camp at Anand Parbat, which is the first slum redevelopment project under PPP with DDA at Kathputli Colony near Shadipur. The company is also providing cooked food to needy people in the area.
Besides, the company has ensured that no one working in its construction sites faces problems during the lockdown. Ration, food and allied essential supply are being distributed to them.
The company is also working on sanitisation and cleanliness of more than 30 residential societies of Gurugram where 15,000 families are living.
Navin Raheja, CMD, Raheja Developers, said, “We have ensured that all our workers continue to stay in their labour camps, while we serve them daily essentials and address their basic necessities. The camps are also been given basic sanitisation facilities, and proper cleanliness is being carried out.”
