Right solution for all exteriors
GlasExperts forays into windows; COO Aditya Bhutani says now it has
In a hitherto-unorganised industry with no major player getting the right product and solution and then incorporating it with the glass knowledge, GlasExperts made a timely decision of foraying into windows, and it is happy that it’s getting a lot of traction. In a chat with Realty More, GlasExperts COO Aditya Bhutani talks about its latest foray and claims how the company is now more or less catering to all exteriors of all residentials, and giving its customers the right solution for their requirements and needs.
Realty & More: What is new with GlasXperts?
Aditya Bhutani: GlasXperts is now into windows also. We are more into aluminium windows, wooden windows and UPVC windows. We’ve got a complete range of new products, and systems lined up. We have been getting a lot of traction in that, with our glass incorporated, and with our installation services, and integrated window solutions like solar, acoustic, privacy, and several other customer requirements being met. So, we are now more or less catering to all exteriors of all residentials, and giving them the right solution for their requirements and needs.
Now there’s no need of buying the glass from one place and getting it installed from the other. We have taken complete ownership. We are looking into door window schedules, and designs and we’ve also got our own team of architects and technical guys who are evaluating each and every window with orientation, with the kind of hardware which is supposed to be used, and then giving it as a complete package.
We give 50 years’ warranty on wood and 10 years on UPVC window. It’ll not warp, fade or rot. It’ll not have any termite issues. That way, we are one of the very few companies which are giving a complete solution to the end-client.
R&M: How big is the market in this segment?
AB: It’s a huge market and lot of customers come from Shanti Niketan, Prithviraj Road, New Friends Colony, all over the NCR, and even from Bengaluru and Mumbai. In Goa, we’ve been doing a lot of work. So, it’s all catching up, if you show them the product and inform them about its merits and demerits. We’re not just talking on the profile, and we’re also not just talking on the glass. We are giving a complete package. After all the necessary evaluations, we give it as a unit. This industry was unorganised, and didn’t have any kind of major players who were really looking into getting the right product and the solution, and then incorporating it with the glass knowledge they have. That’s giving us a lot of traction.
