There is a huge demand of affordable and mid segment homes also due to rapid growth in urban population. The main driving factors for this segment are social infrastructure, proximity to workplaces, good connectivity through private as well as public transport and access to medical and educational facilities. Therefore, a good and strategic product mix will be the growth driver for the industry.
