SARE Homes honoured for ‘On-Time Project Delivery’
NEW DELHI: SARE Homes was awarded for ‘On Time Project Delivery’ by Union Minister for Urban Development and Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation Venkaiah Naidu at a ceremony in New Delhi last week.
It was a well-attended conclave involving stakeholders of the real estate industry, Union ministers, department secretaries, developers, financial institutions and corporate leaders to discuss the strategy for implementing a comprehensive roadmap to boost the sector.
The topics for discussion included standardisation and streamlining of approvals- Central and state-level, administrative bottlenecks in land acquisition, innovative construction technologies, new approaches for sales and marketing, real estate financing- REITs, private equity and private lending among others.
Speaking on the occasion, Vineet Relia, Managing Director of SARE Homes, said “It is indeed a proud moment for us. We always strive to provide value for our customers and will keep up the unrelenting effort. Winning these awards is an acknowledgment of SARE’s performance in India and its zeal to deliver what it promises its customers.”
SARE Homes, an offshore fund promoted by Duet Group, is focused on developing residential real estate in the country. With a strategy to develop townships on a pan-India basis, SARE Homes currently has seven projects in Gurgaon, Chennai Ghaziabad, Indore, Navi Mumbai and Amritsar, with a saleable area of 33.3 million sq. ft.
