SARE Homes receives best mid-segment developer award

SARE Homes, India’s FDI-funded developers, has been recognised as the ‘Best mid-segment developer – Gurgaon’ by Assocham for 2015. Synonymous with on-time completion of its projects, the award is a reflection of the company’s values of transparency, consumer delight and high standards of ethics. The award was presented by Union Minister for Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and Parliamentary Affairs M. Venkaiah Naidu at the recently concluded Assocham summit on Housing for All “Catalyst for development and inclusive growth.”
Inaugurated by M Venkaiah Naidu, the summit brought together developers, planners, service providers and industry decision makers to a common platform. The summit discussed critical issues that would help take the housing industry forward and how driving investment and public private partnership in economically weaker section and low cost housing could elevate the status of the sector.
On receiving the award, Vineet Relia, MD, Sare Homes, said, “This is a proud moment for us. We have always believed in our values of transparency and maintain stringent quality norms that have helped us meet our customer’s expectations. In an industry plagued by erratic business, our values and commitment towards service quality and delivery has helped us make a mark for ourselves.”
“It is an honour to receive the award from a recognised body such as Assocham. This award recognises our commitment towards providing consistent quality experience to our customers. Our continued focus on transparency, consumer delight and high standards of ethics has helped us earn the trust and faith of our customers. I wish to congratulate all the team members who have worked in tandem to create SARE Homes as a renowned brand in the real estate sector!” said David Walker, MD, SARE Homes.
