Sarvome launches ‘The Presidio’ luxury project in Faridabad

Sarvome Developers has recently launched itsluxury project, ‘The Presidio’, at Sector 31 in Faridabad.

According to a press release issued by the company, this is the first luxury project in the NCR which will deliver flexible e-homes – a blend of luxury, comfort, and technological excellence. Designed around a green concept with advanced technology, material, and architectural science to create safe, yet aesthetically beautiful homes, The Presidio will stand the vagaries of Nature, it added.

The release goes on to say that Sarvome Developers’ state-of-the-art smart home technology is designed to provide a modular lifestyle by allowing a seamless control over the house from anywhere, at any time. One can enjoy personalised automation for all aspects of one’s property, including lighting, climate, appliances, curtains, multi-room video, digital surveillance, and energy saving.

The Presidio has been awarded environment clearance by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) with Gold rating.

The project will be accessible from Mewla Maharajpur Metro Station by a five-minute drive, while NHPC Chowk/Sec 28 Metro Station is seven-minute-drive away. The company plans to deliver the project by January, 2019.
