Satya launches commercial project ‘The Hive’ off Dwarka Expressway
Delhi-NCR real estate developer Satya Group has launched its mega commercial project ‘The Hive’ off Dwarka Expressway.
According to a press release, ‘The Hive’ is three-side open commercial development that comprises high street retail, smart offices, restaurants, serviced apartments, food court and multiplex, all under one umbrella. With 220-meter- wide frontage and 75-meter sector road, ‘The Hive’ is surrounded by a large number of residential group housing and township projects. Therefore, the release said, high footfalls are already ensured at the project.
Moreover, it said the project’s proximity to Dwaka Expressway and the proposed Diplomatic Enclave-2 makes it most desirable for the seekers of the new age walk-to-work culture.
