Savills India facilitates 2.5 acres of land deal for Sobha Limited in Chennai

Chennai, June 30, 2022: Savills India facilitated a Joint Development deal for a land parcel of 2.5 acres for SOBHA Limited in Chennai. The proposed development will be coming up in the Velachery micro-market with a close proximity to the Westin hotel, Phoenix Market City, and the IT corridor of the city.
