Saviour launches another residential project ‘Myra’
According to a press release issued by the company, Myra is a perfect example of affordable housing project with the advantage of being easily accessible to Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad.
Saviour Myra comprises 216 units in sizes of 2BHK+Study (1235 sqft) and 3BHK+Study (1535 sqft). The release said the project will be handed over within 1,000 days from May 2015 and provided on the flexible subvention plan 10:80:10.
The project, conceptualised by architect Deepak Mehta, includes a club along with various facilities like gymnasium, swimming pool, billiards, table tennis and much more. There is also the provision for rain water harvesting making the project comply with Indian Green Building Council norms.
Iqbal Singh Sodhi, Chairman of Saviour Builders Pvt. Ltd., said, “After commencing with the possession of our first project Greenisle comprising 1,000 residential units, we received a tremendous response from people and we expect a similar kind of response from this project too.”
According to Sanjay Rastogi, Director, “Myra has the prerequisites of a comfortable living experience as we have catered to the basic requirements of the residents by incorporating all the modern facilities.”
