SCC BUILDERS to develop UP Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna in Partnership at Rajnagar Extension with an investment of 300 crores-


Ghaziabad– SCC Builders Pvt. Ltd, a Ghaziabad based realty player has been selected to develop affordable housing projects which would also comprise of EWS houses at Rajnagar Extension with a total investment of Rs 300 crores.
The project which would be developed at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad will have a total area of approximately 4.5 acres and will have around 300 EWS units and around 650-800 affordable units. The project would comprise of 5 residential towers along with a commercial tower which would also have a boutique nursing home and a primary school with all amenities and facilities. The investment would be driven by promoters contribution and bank funding.

Rajanagar Extension overall is a developing reality hub and with developments like India’s longest elevated road already open for public, the region has witnessed increased demand for housing. SCC builders have in past delivered over 1500 housing units across 3 projects in Ghaziabad, namely SCC HEIGHTS, SCC SAPPHIRE PHASE 1 and SCC SAPPHIRE PHASE 2.
