The real estate developers are also milking the opportunity and are on a spree of developing various ready to move in residential properties and commercial offerings that have garnered immense public cynosure in recent times. Sector 90 is at the centre of New Gurugram, which has become a sought-after destination for luxury living and affordable housing projects.
Due to the high-tensed buzz and pollution of extreme levels in the overcrowded areas and cities, there is a growing tendency among buyers to shift to new and budding centres supporting conjunctions of both economic and social progress. Sector 90 is also flooded with a host of integrated developments that involves workplaces, retail spaces, food and beverage outlets and entertainment options.
