Signature Global Concludes Draw of Lots for Orchard Avenue

New Delhi, August 23, 2016: Signature Global, one of the leading real estate developers in the affordable housing segment in India, which concluded the draw of lots of the applicants for its fifth project ‘Orchard Avenue’ on 18^th of August,2016, in Gurgaon. The company conducted the draw within a record 60 days of the closer of the application date.

Orchard Avenue, located in Sector 93, Gurgaon, is company’s fifth project on Pataudi Road and near NH8, Gurgaon under Haryana Government’s Affordable Housing Policy. Its earlier projects are also located in various parts of Gurgaon like Sector 103, Dwarka Expressway Gurgaon (Grand Iva), Sector 71, South of Gurgaon (Andour Heights), Sector 81, NH-8, Gurgaon (Synera) and Sector 107, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon (Solera). Company has already started construction at three of its projects i.e. Solera, Synera and Andour Heights. It will soon start the construction at its fourth project Grand Iva. It has already received the Environmental Clearance for its fourth project.In the coming year we will be exploring opportunities for affordable housing projects in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh as well.
