Located just two minutes from Dwarka Expressway, each plot in the city will have four fully air-conditioned floors with parking in stilt where each floor can be separately registered.
Signature Global City 37D will also offer air-conditioned additional space for work-from-home to the first, second and third floor owners and a beautifully maintained terrace to turn into a garden along with the fourth floor, added the release.
“We have to admit that this pandemic followed by lockdowns has made people realise the need for more space and comfort in their homes. Whether the reasons are WFH culture or absence of proper amenities and organised local marketplaces near to the residences, a life with healthy green environs and better facilities has become a top priority. We are trying our best to fulfill these in this new project Signature Global City 37D”, said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global.
