SKA Orion 50% sold out

Noida: NCR based real estate developers, SKA Group has announced that it has sold approximately 50% of the open-to-sale inventory in its luxury residential project SKA Orion in in Sector-143, Noida. Out of the planned three towers, presently only Alpha and Gamma are open for sale.
Spread over 3.5 acres, the cost of the project is Rs 400 crore out of which Rs 300 crore is the cost of construction and Rs 100 crore is the land cost. The project to be completed by 2026 has 508 units of 3 BHK configuration, and the company has launched 380 units of the total stock. The project has 32 floors with stilt and 2 basements; there are 4 flats on every floor in Alpha & Beta, Gamma will have 8 flats on every floor.

Talking about the development, Sanjay Sharma, Director, SKA Group, said, “The reception of our project has been tremendous, and shows the faith people have in well-located quality projects. The location and amenities are of utmost importance in real estate, and we have ensured that buyers get the best of everything from our project. The speed of sale is an indication that the residential market has picked up the desired momentum, and things will improve further from now on.”
The company has completed four projects in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad and five projects are in progress.
Informing about the USPs of the project, the company said that the project has Sky club, which is a fully-equipped work space with fast wi-fi, comfortable sitting arrangements and cafeteria. Also, there is Pet shelter for in-house care of pets of the society.
