Spaze and Incuspaze team up to launch a managed office facility

Spaze, a leading developer of mixed-use spaces in Gurugram, has collaborated with Incuspaze, a well-known name in co-working and managed office spaces, to launch a managed office facility of 2,50,000 sq. ft. on Sohna Road.

“We are thrilled to get into a long term strategic partnership with incuspaze, an operator of choice with a unique enterprise model powered by their proprietary software,” said Dheeraj Dogra, Sr. V-P & Head of Leasing, Spaze Towers.

Sanjay Chatrath, Managing Partner – India for Incuspaze, said, “With this alliance, we will be expanding our portfolio in Gurugram as we are seeing a spurt of demand for plug & play office spaces as the market is stabilising and getting back to pre-COVID times.”
