Square Yards has announced that it has onboarded 5000+ co-branded stores across top eight cities through its Preferred Partner programme designed for independent real estate agents and smaller agencies.
The co-branded stores come with Square Yards’ branded signages, providing identity to partner agents, amplifying their visibility in the area and increasing consumer footfall, said a press release.
These partners also get preferred access to all products in Square Yards’ ecosystem such as exclusive inventory from Grade-A developers, mortgage platform, home furnishing and property management services.
Tanuj Shori, Founder & CEO of Square Yards, said, “We aim to take the number of these co-branded stores to 30,000 by the end of next financial year. This would be one of the largest distribution network of independent real estate agents in the world.”
