Stanley Lifestyles Expands Presence in Pune with Investment of ₹40 Cr Over Next Year

Pune, January 26, 2025: Luxury furniture brand Stanley Lifestyles Ltd has launched its first expansive 12,000 square-foot Stanley Living store in Pune. The announcement was made at a press conference by Founder and CMD of Stanley Lifestyles Ltd Sunil Suresh., who also shared that the company has committed an investment of over ₹40 crore for expansion in Pune over the next year.

The new outlet will showcase a curated range of home solutions, including kitchens, wardrobes, sofas, recliners, beds, mattresses, dining tables, armchairs, and bespoke items. After listing in the stock market in 2024, Stanley Lifestyles has delivered a strong performance, demonstrating investor confidence in its vertically integrated business model, premium positioning, and expansion strategy.

“Pune is a strategic market for us, with an evolving consumer base that values craftsmanship, customisation, and luxury in home interiors. The demand for premium home solutions is increasing, and with our first Stanley Living store and our 3rd in Pune, we are bringing an unmatched retail experience to Pune’s homeowners,” said Suresh.

With a presence in 23 cities and 68 stores across India, the company has identified Pune as a high-potential market driven by rapid urbanization, a booming real estate sector, rising disposable incomes, and a growing luxury-conscious consumer base. Pune’s industrial, IT, and startup ecosystem, coupled with the rise in second-home buyers and affluent professionals, makes it an ideal market for premium home interiors.

The luxury furniture market in India is experiencing steady growth, driven by increasing disposable incomes, urbanization, and evolving consumer preferences for high-quality, premium, custom made, long lasting durable furniture. According to industry reports, the market is expected to reach a projected revenue of $2,368.7 million by 2030, with a compound annual growth rate of 5.6 per cent from 2025 to 2030.
