Supertech to hand over 1,000 units in Ecociti,Capetwon
NOIDA: Real estate developer Supertech Limited is handing over more than 1,000 units in Ecociti at Sector 137, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway Noida and Capetown in Sector 74, Noida to coincide with Diwali festival. .
The company has scheduled possession ceremonies of Eco citi and Capetown on October 17 and October 20 where it is inviting its customers and their families. The ceremonies will be followed by performances by music bands.
RK Arora, Chairman & Managing Director, Supertech Limited said, “It is indeed a very happy and proud moment for us while we offer possession of part of our two projects, Ecociti and Capetown. Keeping our commitment, we are delivering these phases to our customers on Diwali”.
Ecociti is strategically located in terms of convenience and comfort with world-class facilities for the inhabitants of the residential sectors in the vicinity. Spread over an area of 13 acre, the project focuses on being eco-friendly. Capetown is spread over an area of 50 acre which has been envisioned as a complete, self-contained campus area built around the best of facilities.
