Sushma Group Acquires 59-Acre Land Parcel in Ludhiana for Mixed-Use Development

Ludhiana / September 13, 2024: In a significant step towards contributing to Ludhiana’s infrastructural and economic development, Sushma Group has acquired a 59-acre land parcel in a prime location. The strategic acquisition will see the development of a mixed-use project, comprising residential, industrial, and commercial plots, aimed at bolstering Ludhiana’s real estate landscape.

This development comes as a response to the growing demand for integrated infrastructure in Ludhiana, particularly in light of the Ajmeri-Ludhiana Economic Corridor.
