Table Space launches ‘Suites’, Expands Mumbai Portfolio by 50% to 7 lakh Sq. Ft.

Mumbai, March 6, 2025: Enterprise-managed workspace operator Table Space has expanded its footprint in Mumbai by about 50% to touch approximately 7 lakh sq. ft., up from approximately 4.7 lakh sq. ft. in FY 2025. The company has strengthened its presence in Worli, Goregaon, BKC and Andheri, which we believe are prime business hubs offering seamless connectivity, robust infrastructure, and access to talent.

Table Space has further strengthened its footprint in Mumbai with Suites, its premium, ready-to-move-in managed office solution. The Suites portfolio in Mumbai spans 1.3 lakh sq. ft. across three top-tier Grade A buildings – Altimus by K Raheja Corp (Worli), R Square by Runwal (Andheri), and Commerz III by Oberoi Realty (Goregaon), enabling corporates to expand swiftly and seamlessly in the financial capital.
