Real estate developer Tata Housing on Thursday announced its foray in the wellness homes segment with the launch of Serein in Thane, near Mumbai.
According to a press release, the company has partnered with the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Business Certification Inc. The nascent concept of housing will be unveiled at the Serein project. The project, according to the release, will offer home-aspirants 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments at a starting price of Rs. 1.65 crore.
