Tata Housing partners with Keventer for a 3-acre land parcel in Kolkata
NEW DELHI: Tata Housing Development Company on Wednesday enhanced its land bank of premium locations by signing a JV with Keventer Group for a three-acre land parcel at New Alipore in Kolkata. Commenting on the development, Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing Development Company, said, “We believe this is the right time to increase our footprint of quality land parcels in city centres of major metros as the demand will start picking with improvement in macro economy by end of this year.” This joint venture, he said, was “in line with Tata Housing’s vision to expand their presence in the fast growing segment”.
Mr. Mayank Jalan, MD, Keventer Group, said, “We are extremely delighted to partner with Tata Housing for this land parcel. This is just the beginning of our long-term relationship with Tata Housing and we will be doing many more projects.”
Established in 1984, Tata Housing is a closely-held public limited company and a subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited.
