Tata partners with Neptune to launch ‘Eleve’ in Mumbai
Real estate company Tata Housing on Wednesday announced expansion of its presence in the premium real estate space with the launch of its new project ‘Eleve’ in Mumbai, in collaboration with Neptune Group. ‘Eleve’ is spread across 22 acres of land. The project will offer a range of homes including 2BHK, 2.5BHK and 3BHK units, starting at Rs. 1.4 crore.
According to a press release, ‘Eleve’ is located in Bhandup and is in close proximity to all the important central business districts in Mumbai. The project is well connected with the rest of the city through a dense road network and has easy access to the Eastern Freeway thereby making South Mumbai reachable within an hour’s driving time.
The release said ‘Eleve’ offers a host of amenities and activities giving the residents more than the conventional residential complex. The development will have an infinity pool, kids pool, state-of-the-art outdoor gymnasium, children’s play area and a yoga pavillion,
