28th January 2020, Bangalore: Tata Value Homes, a 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons Private Ltd, today announced the launch of two towers in its affordable housing project, ‘New Haven’ in Bengaluru. Located off Tumkur Road – Bengaluru’s fastest developing corridor – the project is well-connected to Nice Ring Road and Tumkur Road as well as an upcoming Metro Station.

Post the successful launch and handover of possession of the already existing 26 towers in New Haven, tower T21 and T29 have already received RERA approval; becoming ready to move-in by May 2021. Delivery of this project further fortifies the Company’s presence in the region.
