The Office Pass (TOP) plans expansion

The Office Pass (TOP), which currently runs eight co-working offices across Gurugram, Noida and South Delhi, plans to open 35 neighbourhood coworking and 15 managed offices across Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and one more city to further strengthen its presence.

According to a press release, the company targets to bridge the supply gap created by the rising demand for flexible workspaces from large companies and SMEs, especially in the post-COVID economy.

Nikhil Madan“There was a sudden rise in COVID cases in mid-April and we may experience some hiccups over the next two-three months. However, with Indian urban population getting vaccinated, I expect the dark clouds to recede making way for long-term growth for the sector”, said Nikhil Madan, Co-Founder, The Office Pass (TOP).

Aditya Verma“Post-pandemic, organisations are looking at co-working spaces favourably as they do not want to bind themselves with long term traditional leases and invest in CAPEX for office fit-outs. They want ready-to-move-in offices with the flexibility to add or reduce headcount in line with their business requirement – this is possible only with co-working spaces. Even MNCs and large Indian organisations are opening up to the idea of co-working and managed offices. This is a marked deviation in their behaviour from the pre-pandemic period,” said Aditya Verma, CEO & Founder, The Office Pass (TOP).
